The exciting part is that we plan to launch a new digital platform called ‘Activate Insights’ – designed so that site engineering teams can access a series of videos 24/7 regarding Foodgrade lubrication and best practice.
The team at Activate often hear shocking stories whereby the incorrect lubrication is applied resulting in a major breakdown. Our Training and Compliance Manager visits each new customer to share best practice with the engineering team, but it is sometimes difficult to provide this knowledge to all involved.
Activate Insights is a series of videos designed for engineers to help them fully understand the importance of Foodgrade lubrication in the manufacturing process including a few ‘knowledge check’ questions.
The beauty of the portal is that busy engineering teams can have access to the suite of videos 24/7 to watch and learn whenever convenient. The desired result is that Engineering Managers can be confident that their team is fully up to speed with Foodgrade lubrication know how and are using aerosols, oils, and greases correctly. Auditors will confident too as a copy of the viewer’s knowledge certificate will be stored in the compliance folder for extra peace of mind.
